Hi I'm Oduguwa Damilola John,

A Software engineer interested in building scalable AI infrastructure and production systems.

I'm currently building cargo delivery schedule optimization systems for a Natural Gas Provider in Nigeria.

I recently helped build SabiYarn, a 125M parameter language model pretrained entirely from scratch on 11 Nigerian Languages, which was the best performing language model on these languages in 2025.

Currently, I'm exploring LLM training and inference infrastructure, Distributed systems, LLM post-training with Reinforcement Learning, and Systems Programming with Rust.
